Received something broken or incomplete? It wasn't what you ordered? Or you just don't like it? Then simply return it!
 
You can return a product you don't want within 14 days of delivery
Please e-mail us your order number, the name on the order, the reason for the return and any information about damages. We'll send you a Return Authorization Number and Return Instructions. You can help avoid a restocking fee by repackaging your item in the same condition in which you received it, including all packing materials, parts and manuals. Any items returned without a return authorization or without original packaging and all parts and manuals, will be assessed a 25% restock & added handling fee. Once it gets back here, we'll let you know about your refund!
 
Inspect your items when you get them
Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection. We'll fix any damage due to freight handling or factory defect by repairing or replacing it at no extra charge. You have 7 days after receiving items report damage.
 
Shipping Back to Us?
Upon return of the merchandise in New & Unused Condition, we will refund you the total minus the original shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used or damaged. You'll just have to pay to ship the item back if you don't like it or you ordered incorrectly.

Safe Shipping Instructions
We recommend that you use UPS or FedEx Ground to ship products back to us, and please insure them for the entire value of the items. Note that USPS does not provide accurate tracking which is why we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground. If your item gets damaged on the way back to us, we won't be able to cover it.

Damaged Merchandise
Any damage due to freight handling or factory defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. Please e-mail us at sales@hcv2.com within 7 days of receipt of your damaged product with Billing Name & Order Number. We can arrange for prepaid shipping labels or speedy fedex pickups at no charge to you.

Warranted Merchandise
HCv2 will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects.
Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection.
